My future

The future is a very big topic to talk about. We can´t predict the future, but we can make plans for our own future. The last few years I've been thinking a lot of the future and I know exactly what I want to do. I want to be a veterinarian. I think I've done everything I could to make my future plans to seem realistic, but you never know. Do I think my interests will change? Of course interests change, as a little child I wanted to be a hairdresser. I couldn't think about a job like that now, it seems boring. Interests depends on age, but I don´t think my interests will change that much anymore. I think that schools prepare for work or academic life, but not completely. It´s not the same to be a pupil or to be an adult. When you are adult I think you have more responsibility.
I don´t think my future plans are complicated because I know exactly what I want to do. I've always had a dream about being a veterinarian. To make my goals I have to work hard on school and focus on my grades. It is very hard to get in on the veterinary school in Norway, so I really want to move to another country to study. I´ve looked on the internet and I´ve found a lot of exciting places to study. The most realistic places I can move to are Germany or England maybe. But I've also thougt about places far away, such as Australia and New Zealand. I don´t think I'm going to move that far, but it sounds very fun to live there for some years! But before I start on the university I have to complete high school. I am on my first year on Valle high school and I'm going to be here for the next two-three years. My goal is to get general admission to study on universities. The reason for why I want to be a veterinarian is that I love animals. I want to help them and show that I care about them. I also think it sounds interesting to operate and do medical exercises. I could have been a doctor, but I like to work with animals more than humans. My opinion about happiness is very simple; follow your dreams and believe in yourself! Then you'll get very far, and don´t forget to smile on the way. In few years I probably will sit on a university some place in the world, thinking about medical problems and things like that. Even further in my future, ten years from now or something, I think I'm back in Norway. I have got my own place to live, hopefully a big place with a big, white house and a stable. I also hope I have a kind husband and maybe some children, at least one. As I said before, we can´t predict the future. But anyways, I hope this will be my future. I wish it so deep, and I'm going to work hard to realize my dreams. I believe I´ve chosen the right way in my life, and time will show.
