My future
My name is Inger Pernille and I go the first year on Lena videregående skole (secondary school at Lena). I am 16 years old and do not know what I will in my future, but one day I will come home and know exactly what I want to be. When I was a little girl I really wanted to be a veterinarian, I think it is because I am very fond in animals and many other of my friends at my previous junior high school had the same dream. When I went my first year at secondary school we had a professional project. When I chose the profession of Veterinary and it was very exciting. I learned that education is very difficult and that I have to work really hard to achieve the goals of a veterinarian. I went to an animal clinic to interview a man who worked there. He showed me around the clinic, and he told me how you took X-rays on the animals. I learned how they complement his day job, and it was fun. After finding out a little about being a veterinarian, I think it maybe was not a job for me. I am not very fond of syringe either. I do not mean that I have nothing against vets, for that, I certainly do not; they rescue the many animals, after all! Seriously, I do not know at all what I want to be, but there is always a dream of every soul.
