Crystal and I got into the motorcycle class last wednesday
Crystal and I got into the motorcycle class last wednesday, thank goodness. I had been hearing from the other standbys (there ended up being 7 total) that usually it's like 10 people vying for 2 spots... but there ended up being 5 openings wednesday, and 2 people were guaranteed spots for the class that started thursday, so everyone was happy. We started our on-motorcycle training yesterday (HELLA fun), and we'll be back in the classroom(read cafeteria) to go over stuff about driving on the road like changing lanes, etc.I keep on looking at motorcycles at work (I really should be WORKING), I'd really like to get a Yamaha YZF600R:I'd get gray/silver instead of blue tho. I think it'd be a good starting bike for me, but I'd have to see how the financing would turn out. Maybe I could find a good used one somewhere.... |
