neskrien, ja nepatik un nevar. taja vieta var kaut ko lidzigu nordic walking uztaisit, kur soljo atri. ideala varianta pret kalnu. un pa virsu tam visam jogu (vislabak 3-5 reizes nedela). Dazadas pozas nostiprina un izstaipa gandriz jebkuru muskuli, ko vari iedomaties. Veidojas laba staaja, ka ari vedera muskulji neljurkajas, bet gan ir firm un veders gluds...noperc gramatu iesakumam. lai gan no jogas skolotajam dzirdeju, ka vislabak ir apmeklet nodarbibas un tikai tad pasham majas jogu megjinat.
