You are very good in "entertainment", you need that in a team and you were
much better in taking over responsability than last year. You saw many
things which had to be done and it's good that you have a very good
contact to the participants and to the team members. I would like to see
you sometimes during activities without your camera because you are so
busy then that you have no time for your work as a leader. You are not
here as a photographer even if it is nice to have your pictures.
And I would suggest that you have a bit more distance to the participants,
same "problem" with Frank, so that it is more clear that you are an
"authority" and it is more clear that it is useless to fall in love with
you because you would never begin something with a participant during the
camp time. :-)
We really would like to have you back again here in Bremen next year, I
think the camp will begin at the 16th july 2007 until 30th, again early.
