    par gaumi
    Šorīt es domāju par gaumi.
Gaume nav izziņa, vai vismaz tai nepiemīt izzinoša funkcija. Tā ir subjektīva izjūta par subjektīvu principu: „.. novērtējot priekšmetus par skaistiem, nekas netiek izzināts, tiek tikai apgalvots, ka tiem a priori atbilst subjekta patikas izjūta.” (Gadamers, Patiesība un Metode).
Skaistais izraisa ieinteresētību (come on baby, light my fire!), es domāju par to, ka tas, kurš rada vai redz skaisto, pats kļūst skaists, saplūšana ar dabu. Par sakrālu procesu tiek jau sen uzskatītas trīs lietas – darbs, barības uzņemšanas kults un mīlestības saņemšana/došana. Es domāju, ka ne tikai gaume, bet vienkārša izpratne, piemēram, par naža skaistumu, tb derīgumu, rod estētisku piepildījumu, citējot Kantu par ģeometriju: „..labvēlīgumu šeit rada nevis tieši figūras izskats, bet tās lietojamība dažādiem iespējamiem nolūkiem.”
Tik gudri, ka nav kur nod.. vienkārši sakot, es domāju, ka skaistums rodas mīlestībā – nav svarīgi uz Dievu vai ko citu. Un lai cik smieklīgi tas nebūtu, pat triviālā un visai neveiksmīgā Sex And The City latviešu versija Rukšāne, kā reizi nesen arī par to aizdomājās: Skaists ir tikai tas, kas apveltīts ar milzīgu mīlestību.

    Tu esi skaists.
