Love is an intense affection for someone or something. Calling God "love" does not mean his actions automatically fit such a definition. Just as calling a pig an "airplane" does not mean it suddenly can fly. God doesn't even fit the definition of love given by Paul in 1 Cor. 13:4-8. |
