esmu pagaidām tikusi no 0 līdz 25min (3.55km) ar couch to 5k programmu, vēl palicis 1x 25 min, 3x28min, tad 3x 30. tad centīšos dabūt 5k iekš 30-35min. tad varbūt trennēšos 10k. redzēs :)
