Aizgaaju pirmo reizi uz LBT - legs, bums&tums, jeb kaajas, dibeni un veederi.
Veederi neko, bet visi paareejie daliibnieki shodien meemi.

Ja vien ABS nenoziimee ko vairaak par abs (veedera muskulji), tad vareetu buut drusku citaadaak. Veederam man vislabaak straadaa pilates. Shitas LBT koncentreejaas uz kaajaam (aughstilbiem) un dibenu. Tur visaadu veidu pietupieni un izklupieni, ar smagumiem un bez.
Shodien joprojaam mazliet kropljoju gaitu.
