Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill weed or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups chopped cooked fish fillets (such as salmon, halibut, or cod)
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red or green sweet pepper

Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
2. Gently fold in fish, green onions, celery, and sweet pepper.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours to allow flavors to blend.
