Fizisko aktivitaashu razhotie laimes hormoni, aciimredzot, nedavelk, lai arii kustos un raujos katru dienu.
Pirmaas 3 viss ok, nekaadu iekaarienu, kaudzeem energjijas. Nez, ko es taadaa bedree peekshnji sakritu.

Vaig, vaig. Es zinu, ka buus spraadziens un viss ies pa gaisu. Bet tikmeer visas shitaas slodzes un pribambasi paliidz novilcinaat laiku, kursh tiek izmantots spraadziendroshas vides organizeeshanai.
