"Q" Magazine picks Pink Floyd as Number 1
"Q" magazine (Novenber issue) has given the top spot to Pink Floyd! Based on concert ticket sales and album sales the mag has chosen Pink Floyd as the top band of all time. The award was based on the 1990 concert at Knebworth (125,000 plus fans), The Wall album sales (23 million plus), and the UK charting of DSOTM for 911 weeks.
