Sonmi451 is Bernard Zwijzen, creating his own blend of minimal, soundscape-laden atmospheric electronics in the city of Hasselt, Belgium. If you insist on labeling the music you might say it bears resemblance to the more atmospheric stuff that is released through labels like Mille Plateaux, Scape, Kompakt, etc...
